This is a small open intake municipal shelter with very few visitors/adopters and even though some of these pups have been here a LONG time, it is NOT a no-kill facility. Ty Oppelt, the only ACO, works with in and out of state adopters and rescues to not put any adoptable animal down. Regardless of the date they came in, none are safe unless they are in the Happy Tails folder with an adopted or rescued notation.
