These buns are FANTASTIC! Full of protein & close to carb-free. {grain free, gluten free, egg free, dairy free, yeast free} They looked like a sad slop of a wet mix when I put them in the oven but they puffed up miraculously and were so airy inside! Do follow the instructions of leaving them to completely cool before slicing. The recipe did call for 3 egg whites, but because my boy is egg-free, I used the Orgran No-Egg powder.
