These cops r some of the most insecure, cowardess, paranoid & lying people on the planet. Listening to another cop trying to justify this behavior makes me want to throw up...on him!!! This kid is what..14 yrs old, was holding a puppy, shirtless trying to walk away & hes a threat? And please explain dehumanizing stares...what the heck is that? These cops r just gonna keep on until people r gonna get so tired of them that they will begin to fight back & it aint gonna b pretty.
