These facilities have been planned in accordance with high class town planning standards set by CDA, including all civic facilities required for a well planned habitat. Financial Incentives: An incentive of Rs. 500,000/- (Five lac) to the owners of plot size of five hundred or more sq.yards has been announced on completion of first floor. Similarly members having plots in sizes less than five hundred will also be eligible for an incentive of Rs. 300,000/- on the same conditions as mentioned above. This incentive would be available to first hundred members on first-come first-serve basis. Likewise for Twelve (12) such instances Rs. 500,000/- each is being provided to owners of Commercial Buildings at completion of Second Floor. Provision of Electricity: Electricity work has since been completed and connection given to the residents. Power for construction would also be available on demand. Supply of Gas: Gas supply is functional since 28 May 2011. Connection would be available on demand. Development of 94.46 Kanal Lake/Dam: A unique utilization of water-ways and surplus water during rainy season was visualized which now has been translated into reality by the consultants of the Society in transforming such resources into Four Season Functional Lake on 94.46 kanal land. The dam now stands completed. The Project has been conceived after due deliberation for multi-purpose utilization of water resources which will include controlling water flow, raising sub-soil water level, regular availability of water for the residents for domestic and horticulture purposes, beautification of the area including lake-side entertainment spots, walkways etc. Large water reservoir has been created during this monsoon.
