These guys are OUT of control. The best advice I have heard ever was from my Constitutional Law Professor. "If the police want to violate your rights... LET THEM.. and sue them later." This is assault, vandalism, false arrest, kidnapping etc pls they have NO jurisdiction! They are impostors they are not a law enforcement officer. They work for the US government which has no jurisdiction outside DC. The number of crimes committed here are nearly endless. Good lawsuit material.Plus I i fear that people are planing sniper attacks to answer criminal action with self defense as some see it.
