These guys have been with us under the youth athletic program for 3 year now. They work their ass off and it shows on the field. One is training for football and the other one for lacrosse. Learning difficult motor patterns and understanding how to safely handle external loads is essential is building a great athletes strength. If you have a young kid who is looking increase speed and power, provide more athleticism, and learn how to lift more efficiently, come on over to BA and set them up for success!
