These jumps are unlike the ones Dara was doing below. These are more for training to lift the knees/feet quickly, to land in the squat. Helpful in training to reverse direction to get undert a squat snatch or squat clean. Before my knee injuries, I could regularly jump to 16 risers (36 in), with a PR of 19 risers (42 in). As I heard an older NBA player say years ago: I used to have hops, now I got hopes. I got hopes of getting my hops back.
