These last 2 weeks Ive experienced a total lack of communication from 2 people I was attempting to do business with. Im a little surprised because the first thing you learn in sales is to respond to your hot prospect. Quite frankly, its money in the bank. Then my mind took it one step further because I genuinely feel that most relationships suffer from a lack of or bad communication. Im simplifying this, but dont we all just want to be heard; to be understood by another. I know that in my marriage and previous relationships there were times I didnt respond in a loving way. I didnt seek to understand. I let time go by without speaking my truth and it created toxic feelings in me and in my significant other. Im glad this happened to me because I needed to be reminded of the power of stellar communication both personally and in business. So, thank you for not responding. Lesson learned!
