These liners are excellent!! They can be used like a kohl liner or on the upper lid.. Water resistant, they are retractable but also have a sharpener in the lid of each so that when you twist off the cap it keeps them sharp. Normally 20$ a pop.. 100$ worth of liners for 39$!? Gorgeous colors. And ulta has a promo right now - free Smashbox primer and baked fusion soft lights with 35$ purchase (the promo gift is worth 21$!) this is such a steal if you need liner! Get them!!
