These managers are most definitely the dumbest people in the world. I have absolutely no idea how somebody this dumb could become a manager. And no this is not a problem with just one manager. It is a top down store manager issue. They have bred a hostile work environment all the while eliminating the ability to have as they put it a working relationship. The Store Manager, HR Manager, and Office Manager need to be fired and competent people put in. Knowing the company outside of this individual store and how things were years ago I know for a fact that this is not how this company is run. Most definitely corporate does not know and for the associates that unfortunately need to stick it out after having been there 5+ years and not being able to make that kind of money elsewhere, they cant even complain or point out the issues without the threat of being fired lobbed at them. Be thankful I am not one of your employees because I would call you on your shit. This is not how you treat your employees, whether it be as employees or just an everyday human being. I have never seen such a hostile employee manager relationship as I have at this supposed place of business. Personal attacks towards associates in front of customers is 100% unacceptable and had it been me you most def would have been laid out. NO ONE talks to me that way except for my Parents, Drill Sergeant, NCOs, or commanding officers. However even with that said my parents would never talk to me the way that you have talked to your associates.
