These people are a joke we had residential internet with nothing but problems so they said go to business its so much more reliable ha nice try here we are 4 yrs later with the same problems always losing connection having to reset the modem then they said its probably your wireless router so get our wireless turned on your modem which now we have no access to the router for opening ports n such still dont work have to reset the modem once a day sometimes more and to top it off they charged us 230$ for a tech to come out and change a splitter that my electrician had to use because their installers ran the cable wire threw the basment wall right in the middle off 200 amps of electricity and all the wires for the entire house the tech also changed the amplifier for the cable then sent another tech out 2 days later n he said our band with was to high he said he had to come in the house to fix this after we said no thanks our combined charter bill is over 200 a month and the crappy thing is they got ya no other service in this area but believe me as soon as they do i will be getting rid of these crooks NICE ONE CHARTER!!! peace im out
