Related story please read: *** BREAKING NEWS *** *** UPDATE Shooting *** PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - One man is now dead after a shooting that took place on the ATH Illidge road on Saturday morning. Initial reports state that a French Quarter resident is now dead after receiving multiple gunshots below the Roof Top entertainment spot. Dead is Junior Bertin Maurice a.k.a. Juice Boy, who is also well know for doing airbrush work. The shooting took place just before five (5am) Saturday morning. In the mean time what is believed to be the getaway vehicle, a white Ford Explorer R-1215 with gun shot holes, was later discovered and confiscated in Madame Estate. It is also believed that up to ten (10) shots may have been discharged by a weapon on the scene. The police along with their forensic team is conducting an investigation.
