These pictures were taken today at one of our long time projects in La Chureca, Nicaragua. The filth you see in and on these filters is from just one month. To give you context it takes 6 months or more for filters to get like this normally. If they even do. You can see the difference between a new filter (the white one) and the one from the school in the photo below. Were having to replace filters here at this school once a month instead of every 3-6 months. I dont often plead with you but I am now. This filter provides the only clean water over 250 children will get to drink every day. Please follow the link below and give whatever you can so we can buy more filters for the school.
