These plans were done using autoCAD2010 while waiting for the CAR (Certificate Authorizing Registration) of Estate Tax from the B.I.R. ; it took a whole month to do these plans although the actual layout and 8 of the 10 post were already laid down on the site. One thing with autoCad plans ,you could count exactly how many boardfeet of lumber, how many pieces of hollow blocks, G.I.Sheet, Plywood , Tiles etch .. The only thing still missing is the labor-manhours cost of the project...
