These things are a bear!! Do them, but do them well! If you cannot maintain the Banana shape 100% then regress to standard Hollow Rocks or even the Bent Knee version we did a few days back. Theres no shame in doing the proper level for YOU and building from there because quality is everything in training...not strength, not speed. Consider that the body is amazing at comprising quality of movement for quantity of movement, as, with many things in life, we are engineered for survival not perfectionism. I mean, if youre running from a tiger - do you want your legs slowing if youre not properly maintaining a neutral spine? I dont think so! But in reality adding fitness and strength onto improper foundations or dysfunction, like most programs do these days, is exactly how you a) Plateau later on and b) Get injured! For reference, it took me over a month working with Dr. Spider to progress through just the variations weve done so far...so aim for at least 3x60s Hollow Rocks with just 30s rest between sets, before consistently working on your Banana Rolls - BUT go have fun tonight :) AROO!!
