These two pups are Oscar and Rufus. They were given to someone who then decided to dump them in the country. They were looking for shelter and food and caused some damage to a families cow feed in the process. A good Samaritan from Spears Ranch picked them up on CR305 that evening and took them home. We picked them up yesterday morning and they are in our care right now. The original owners cant take them back so here they are. They are very sweet but so very scared. I had a hard time even trying to walk them last night, I guess they were afraid I was going to take them and dump them in the unknown again. They would run and jump back in their crate when I tried to get them to the door. It is sad. We are now going to have to work with them and build trust just because someone was irresponsible ( I can think of a few other choice words here....but will be professional). If you do not want the responsibility of taking care of a dog, dont get one. They are a lifetime commitment and deserve to be safe, happy and healthy.
