Thessaloniki, Greece is home to Oceania Club and Olivia Club of Ikos Resorts,a Luxury Mediterranean Hotel Group. Drawing its name from the Greek word, Oikos, it symbolises true Greece hospitality. Resorts are set in idyllic locations – vast swathes of sky, golden toasted beaches and endless blue ocean. Chef at work flew there recently to conduct a week-long study and meetings as part of our consultancy services to set up 2 modern concept Asian restaurants there, which includes restaurant interior design, full kitchen set up with equipment recommendations. The objective is to create a personalised fine dining experience in Asian cuisine. Besides consultancy services, we will support client in head-hunting for and training of qualified chefs, structuring training programs for chefs, designing the menu (complete with ingredient recommendation, pricing and sourcing). To ensure operational issues are ironed, we shall provide continual consultation with regular on-site support, audits and recommendations for increasing revenue throughout the whole year of contract.
