They are burying cop murder victim Eric Garner today. Bratton’s gonna “retrain” for takedowns. Why? Choke holds have already been illegal for over 20 years. Apparently he didn’t train his goons to obey the laws in the first place. Secondly, and most fundamentally, there should never have been a takedown in the first place.
