They dispise anything Nigerians valued They scorn beauty and mock virtues They hoot with laughter at the sight your pain They malnurished you and threaded on your head when they saw you drowning They stole everything in your treasury and blamed you for not putting more They disfigured you with white phosphorous substance and depleted uranium that do not discriminate between children,old,women and disables,and if they saw a wounded animal they stoned it to death... Then suddenly they want to embrace peace eventhough the stench on them is still suffocating in the open air Suddenly they preach one Nigeria eventhough their hands are still drenching blood of thousands killed by their mistakes, miscalculations and madness Suddenly they are readily throwing scraps of what belongs to you at you and expecting you to thank them profusely Suddenly they are smilling at you and waving and beckoning you to come and share kola with them on a round table Label us Non violent extremists But we know who you are and what you represent And we wont make the mistake of letting history repeat itself Be sure we wont be tired of singing and dancing the beat of Change And if we died in this struggle all birds and men are sure to die But the truth and our song of Change will live forever
