They gave Moses this account: “We went into the land to which you sent us, and it does flow with milk and honey! Here is its fruit. But the people who live there are powerful, and the cities are fortified and very large. We even saw descendants of Anak there. The Amalekites live in the Negev; the Hittites, Jebusites and Amorites live in the hill country; and the Canaanites live near the sea and along the Jordan.” Then Caleb SILENCED the people before Moses and said, “We SHOULD GO up and take POSSESSION of the land, for we CAN CERTAINLY do it.” But the MEN who had gone up WITH HIM said, “We CANT ATTACK those people; they are STRONGER than we are.” And they spread among the Israelites a BAD REPORT about the land they had explored. They said, “The land we explored DEVOURS those living in it. All the people we saw there are of GREAT SIZE. We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” Numbers 12:27-33 Brothers and sisters, will you believe the BAD report of the MAJORITY or GOOD report of the MINORITY? As that negative report is entering one ear, lets it go out of the second. It must not take root, dont even consider or think about it because a little yeast spreads through the whole batch of dough! I know you have seen it with your seemingly myopic eyes, you have received the letter, you have been there to witness it by yourself and the situation is so intimidating, near hopeless, at least heartbreaking, gigantically overwhelming!! Ok but what is God saying about it? See, that the status quo has NOT changed, your situation wont change it, The Just Shall live and walk by faith and NOT BY SIGHT? So, this morning the Lord is saying you are a giant killer, one of a kind, a master-piece, a blessing, forgiven, justified, redeemed, loved, chosen, a winner, more than conqueror, a victor and NOT a victim, delivered, the head and not a tail, above and not beneath, beautiful, fairly and wonderfully made, a success and NOT a failure, fruitful branch of a true vine, joint heirs with Christ of royal priesthood, strong, healthy, healed, children of light, a new creature, a friend of God, a temple of God, a citizen of heaven with imperishable everlasting inheritance. Receive it, believe His report! Have a blissful day.
