They have been doing Festival Tours in CEbu, Davao and so on. NOW THEY ARE HERE!!! Lets show them why we are the CITY OF GOLDEN FRIENDSHIP..as we jump, dance, make some noise and finally close the HIgalaay Festival with a BANG, a countdown at exactly 11pm will take place. Photographers will take pictures of those with higalaay shirt, or any group that has atleast 1person wearing it. If none then use the photo wall with higalaay banners.. Then what will happen? Everyone will post all at the same time and will flood the facebook,pls bring extra shirt as water will be coming from fire truck again. Amazzziiinnngggg Lets all be excited.,,, For those who cannot join pls join the posting in FB @ exactly 11pm. Dont forget to put higalaay festival or I love CdO or any phrase that includes the word Cdo or Kagayaanon.
