They just dont teach us this stuff and history books; now do they? This is the same president McKinleys at Rockefeller and JP Morgan bragged about buying his Presidency. They said it was a lot cheaper just to buy and install a president then to fight then monopoly cases that were being brought against Standard Oil and the issues being brought against the bankers they learned their lesson well - see fascism has been an integral part of American economy way before the Civil War and afterwards it was rampant. Remember it was railroads it was big ranchers it was big wealthy oil folks it was people looking for mineral rights that decided that the indigenous native Canadians and Americans had no rights were not full citizens or not even to be considered human beings because profits were to be made, and if people were in the way then you just discounted them as people and you kill them or you moved them are you in prison them and you demonize them so that people would not see them as the hurt abused cheated murdered human beings that they were - that is always a key component to monarchies to fascism and to corporatism. It has nothing to do with free markets are fair markets or capitalism per se because they dont want an open market they want to be able to control the rules the courts the economy the money the police media and the politicians. Thats the reality of the history we are not taught and the reality of the current situation in which we live
