They last few days having been a bit testing and today does not seem to be any unless so. Ivy is swinging rapidly between hypo and psycho from morning til night. Van has copped much of the wrath. Even though much of this behavior is due to a combination of the side effects of recent strong chemo, medications and pain, meaning obviously Ivy can not really help it, it does not make it any less difficult and frustrating to deal with. I had thought the pain issue was more under control with the recent changes to some of the medication but the last few days have proved otherwise. Thank you very much to the ladies that helped out at Aldi earlier today while Ivy had a lovely irrational meltdown. I realized very quickly that her pain meds were due and the screaming stopped within 10 minutes of her due dose of Morphine. Anyway, bring on Feb when the side effects of the last Intrathecal chemo should finally ease off!
