They may be majestic to look at, but they are increasingly deadly for motorists in rural Canada. Recently in New Brunswick 2 people were killed and 8 were injured when a moose wandered onto a highway. Collisions between car and moose have led to an unusual class action lawsuit in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The suit asks a judge to make the provincial government responsible for the fatal accidents that have become almost a daily occurrence. Reg Sherren reports.
