They need to make today Paul Walker day. Im not saying make it a national holiday or something but the man as a person and an actor was amazing. Both Hollywood, and the World in general lost something great one year ago today. After he died I watched the interviews, I read the news stories about this great man and everyone pretty much said the same thing. He never let his success go to his head. No matter how successful he became he still stayed Paul Walker all around good guy. Im sure that many of you have probably read this story before but Im going to share it anyways because its one of my top two favorite stories about Paul Walker the man. One day after working on filming a movie he was in a jewelry store when a soldier who just got back from over seas walked into the jewelry store with his fiance. The soldier and his fiance werent able to afford the engagement rings that they liked. When Paul Walker learnt the soldiers situation, without the soldier and his fiance knowing it Paul Walker bought their rings for them and left the store before they could even thank him. The store owner said that they respected the fact that Paul Walker didnt want anyone to know and only shared the story after Paul Walkers death. On top of this one incident that stands out in my mind Paul Walker was also dedicated to his Reach Out Worldwide non profit organization and was one of the first responders to help the people of Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. As an actor he had great pressence on the screen. The Fast and the Furious........ need I say more? He was taken from his fans, his friends, and his family way too soon. GBNF!!!!!!
