They need to stop hiring these cops that dont know what they are doing. He is down why do you need to put your knee in his neck. They need to learn how to talk to ppl of color because you never see this with white ppl only our race and it white cops doing it 90% of the time that did not grow up are ever live in the city are in a Urban area.
