They often say that children are miracles and I do not, for one minute dispute that. But, in my opinion, the true miracles in life are our Mothers. They carry us in their bodies for 9 months, without them, we do not live. They are our first teacher, the first person to teach us about love, compassion and what it means to be a good person. They teach us to read and write our first letters, to sing songs, to dance and how to experience the joy that life is. There is no shoulder we lean on more, no arms we long for, no matter how old we are, and no heart that we know beats more for her children than it does for her. Our Mothers are the true miracle of life and we are blessed to have them. For all of you out there who are blessed enough to be Moms, I want to wish you the very best Mothers Day. I hope your kids, no matter where they are, are celebrating you today. To all of us that have fur babies, we are no less Mommies than the others. Our kids just happen to have four legs instead of two! They love us and cherish us so, we are special too. :) To my Mom, Happy Mothers Day to the most precious person in my life.
