They say dont do cardio youll lose muscle... They say dont lift youll look manly... They say dont eat this and dont eat that.. They say Zumba is a fad and yoga is for hippies... Well I say do what you damn well please. As long as you get off your bum and move youre doing more than most. ♡ Moderation. Balance. Different strokes for different folks. This week I cardio with my bikini & endurance folks and eat lean meat clean complex carbs and green veggies... West coast classic here I come! Next week Im lifting with the biggest dude at our gym having an all out fruit binge and hitting some hot yoga. After that its time to focus on growth, strength, skill play, and maybe Ill toss out some of my later in the year dreams. Ill go back to clean but eye balled portions instead of prepackaged and scaled out sizes for a little while. (Strength and for me growth requires a tiny bit of softness) There is no one size fits all. There is no flawless formula that fits everyone. Find a plan and a balance that suits you and stick with it. When it stops working then seek elsewhere. .. but if you quit without ever following thru you cant ever find your fitness and health identity... Do you.
