They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I dont know if that is true or not but what I do know is that its a shame when people have objections about price when it comes to their health and fitness. A price tag shouldnt outweigh the value of an improved, happier, healthier, longer life. You have one body, it deserves the best. You can either choose to invest now or you can wait and have to invest 100x more later in medicine, prescriptions, hospital visits, etc... Your choice. Start 2015 off on the right foot.
