They say its a cruel world but I am already flattered by peoples extreme kindness this afternoon. In the space of just a few hours we have already raised over £200 for little Holly Kitchen, daughter of my 30 Plus Bootcamp Liverpool client and now good friend Barry Kitchen who suffers from a rare incurable genetic disorder called T9M On Saturday 16th August I will be running in Tough Mudder South West alongside 50 of my 30 Plus Mens Fitness clients. I am attempting to raise 5k for Hollys charity which is now recognised on Just Giving - simply search for Trisomy 9 Mosaic Trust. The money I raise will help her family make the adjustments needed to their house to help Holly live life to the full. I visited the home of the Kitchens on Saturday when I was in Liverpool and whilst they have put their life savings into renovating the house they still need to be able to fit a lift to take Holly up and down the stairs as she gets older and this is expensive. The funds raised will be able to go towards this. As a father of 2 boys when I learned of Hollys condition and her familys plight I just had to get involved and after meeting this little angel in Liverpool on Saturday I am going to do as much as I can to help her and her wonderful family...... Every little helps - please help me get started with a small donation today. I will be contributing Julys franchise fees from my 30+ Liverpool Bootcamp to give it a bump too.
