They say marriage takes constant work. I dont understand it. In the two years of marriage and six years before that it has rarely felt like work. There was the definite breaking in period of understanding each other and the times when we want just to be alone for a bit. But really, I have never been so comfortable with any single person in my life. She is someone I trust with ALMOST all my secrets. She is someone I know who could shred my soul but Im never frightened of. She is my light and joy. We share a mind. I make her laugh. She lets me take care of her but she takes care of me as well.
