They say that everythings bigger in Texas. In the case of Upon A Burning Body, thats certainly the case with their music. The San Antonio natives have been known for their intense deathcore/groove metal hybrid sound, immaculately tailored suits (which consistently adorn them each show) and penchant for Al Pacino and Roberto Rodriguez-based song titles. And when it gets taken to the stage, it all culminates in some amazing sets. Their performance at Soundwave this past weekend featured a heavy showing from their Red. White. Green. album, finishing off with one of their trademark tunes Sin City. One can only imagine that the next few years will see these guys destined for greatness, and if the pride of the Lonestar state can channel the raw aggression and power into future releases then its only a matter of time before Upon A Burning Body are truly bigger than Texas itself. \m/
