They say time passes quickly. This past year has truly flown by. But it has been chock full of memories. Most of them shared with you... A year ago today, I met a man at the Smiths Point Beach Hut. We had a piña cola and chatted for awhile between sets and slowly we got to know each other as friends. I never would have guessed where that day would have led me, but I am so grateful for that moment. It brought a goodness to my life at a time that had been very dark. Never have I felt more appreciated and acknowledged. You never miss an opportunity to show me how loved I am. So I wanted to take this opportunity, Joe McGlone, to tell you all that I love about you. So here goes... -You love your family and would do anything for them. - You are thoughtful, helpful and a good friend with a huge heart. -Youre patient and kind. -You make me laugh and we laugh so often together. I love your sense of humor. -You sing to me. ❤️ - We take care of each other. - We encourage each other to try new things. -You believe in me and are so supportive of me. -You let me be me and still love me anyway. 😉 - You are so good to my kids and our nutty brood together is pretty awesome. -You have great values. -You are a partner in this relationship in every sense of the word. We make a good team. - You are incredibly creative and talented. -We share the same love for music. -We share the same goals and dreams. - You share in my love for the beach. -You love me, exactly the way I am and you never try to change me. -You are such a good man and I couldnt be happier.❤️ Joe, one thing I know for certain is that while we may not have it all together, together we have it all. Today we celebrate me and you, just as it began, by the sea, with a piña colada, listening to you singing with your friends..... Its gonna be a really great day.❤️
