They stood outside the building, looking at the massive structure. Its been 25 years since the institution existed. Damn, 25 years, can you believe that? He shrugged. They looked back at the building. Man, i roamed about in the corridors so much, said Sunny, i was touted as the most travelled man in the place. Everybody couldnt resist a smile. Here we go again, sighed Sunny, another one of their secret jokes. YESSHOOO, the strange sound was generated by Mak. While everyone came up with memories, all he came with was a loud sneeze. By the way, why are we the only ones in here? Asked Lucky, where are the ladies? Raj was secretly hoping that the ladies dont show up. Given that most of them have such long histories with the gents already present, wouldnt be sure how it will go. Still he had to invite them and that he did. It wasnt long before a contingent of ladies were making there way towards the same place. The guys looked on wide-eyed as the ladies appeared gradually, some have changed their appearance drastically, while some remain the same. Prachi, Deepika, Manisha, Sheetal, Deepti, Koyel, Ruchi, etc. arrived at the scene. They didnt wait to move on to the reunion spot as they began exchanging pleasantries in the road itself, which was kind of perfect as the majestic building where they first met stood quietly in the backdrop. Raj pored through the crowd to see if the one face he wanted to see was among them. Slim chance of that happening, he knew, but it was worth a shot. He continued his search when he felt a slight tap on his shoulder. Bet you thought I wouldnt be coming, right? asked Dhruti, smiling at him. Raj could do little other than just smile awkwardly. I....I.....uhh.....its uhhh....great to see you again, he said. Still tounge tied, the same he used to be in front of her. From a distance I looked on smiling. As the characters I created had their much needed reunion. I looked at the building as i silently thanked it. As without the characters it housed as the batch of 2008, without the characters I have tagged in the post, the characters I am looking at wouldnt have existed. Doesnt matter what happens, the memories will be mine and nobody can take them away from me.
