They turned dads sedation off and removed the respirator. His eyes are open but hes still out of it mostly. He keeps pointing to his right shoulder like its bothering him but he cant talk or let us know what exactly is wrong. They gave him some morphine but it hasnt seemed to help. Ive been rubbing it off and on and he seems to enjoy that. He has a lot of secretion in his chest and throat. They have to make sure hes going to be able to clear that on his own. We are just praying he does good and can keep that respirator out. I know his throat hurts him. He has an oxygen mask on and it seems like hes been pointing towards that too. Its just hard to tell. They have also removed the staples from his head. Please continue to pray for him. Thank you all so much. Ill post more as I find out.
