They use to have a record label called: CTI.. I am not sure as to whether or not it still exists but they worked with all of the accomplished musicians/or perhaps I will just say that they worked with a lot of people that became giants in their own right.. I had been listening to and enjoying George Benson play several years before the average person my age or older even knew of him.. The same goes for Freddie Hubbard, Ron Carter, Hubert Laws and Jack DeJohnette.. What I think of when I listen to them blend their respective instruments to produce such harmoniously beautiful sounds is that they work together the way that humanity needs to work together.. I have the utmost respect for someone that can master an instrument and play with other people like this right here...
