They will fuss and call you names and say you have changed.... it is just a gf...just a bf.... you cannot abandon your friends for a relationship that you are not sure how it will end.....They will say all that. They will say even marriages break up so do not abandon your friends.Wherein lies the abandonment? All i needed was a little bit of time to grow my stuff.... Truth be told, good friends...as in truly selfless good friends...know that when you start something new, they should give you time and space to cultivate it and nurture it till it blossom into something that makes you happy. Your Garden, your educational course, your lifestyle..... anything.... they all need time and attention and support to grow.... and so does your relationship.Good friends will tell you to answer the call when you just want to enjoy the joke and not be bothered by your snooping gf..they will encourage you to tell your bf/gf what is happening....they will tell you to hang out with your partner and allow them to chill for you...they will encourage you to bring your new catch along....they will not fuss when you dont pick their calls...in fact they will not call when they know you may be engaged.... They understand a sister needs space to run things....check a brother out and make himgo mad over her.. They understand a brother need to get his acts together and sweep a sister off her jelly wobbly feet (Can I get a witness)Thats what true friends do.... they do not fuss and nag and complainand break your relationship for you later and sing you a dirge and quaff with you to forget your misery. They complain because their relationships are nothing to write home about...that is even if they have anyone in their boring lives.
