Theyve revealed the YCS Sydney Mat as well as a brand new program Theres a big incentive to play every YCS in Europe this year as Konami has announced their Ordeal of the Traveler Program: We are excited to announce our brand new program that we will be introducing in 2014. We know many of you travel far and wide from all over Europe to compete at our YCS events. This year we want to propose a challenge to you: “Ordeal of a Traveler”! What is the “Ordeal of a Traveler” challenge? The challenge is simple, during 2014 all you have to do is attend all European YCS events, and enroll into the main event at each one. What is the Reward? For the dedicated few who manage to complete this challenge, we will reward you with an exclusive Game Mat that will only be available through this program. The design of the Game Mat will be revealed later this year. In addition: Duelists that attend all but 1 YCS (ie: if 5 YCS events are hosted in Europe this year and you can only attend 4 of them), a second prize is on offer. Details of this will also be revealed later this year. What are the rules for this challenge? In order to be able to claim your prizes for this program you must meet the following criteria: You attended and participated in the main event at each European YCS in 2014 Entered all events on the same COSSY ID, you will not be able to claim your reward if you enter any YCS on a different ID You will need suitable identification to claim your reward alongside your COSSY ID (Passport, Drivers Licence, ID card etc.). You must collect your prize at the final European YCS of 2014, we will NOT send these via mail after the event. We wish you the best of luck, and look forward to seeing you at the Yu-Gi-Oh!
