Thick double cut bone in chops: Decided on a dry rub of Paprika, thyme, cracked black pepper, brown sugar and salt. Let that soak into the pork for several hours before pan grilling for marks and finishing in 425 oven 20 to 25min. Cook it uncovered on top of a bed of thinly sliced onions and apples with a splash or two of veggie stock . Serve with long grain wild rice, the cooked apples and onions sauce and buttered corn.
