Things I did not know I missed: #30/100 ***Dîner de con*** You are an idiot! Yes, I know. No, really, its worse than you think. Yes, I know. So, a week ago my phone was stolen in exchange for an older phone. Same brand. Same color. Slightly smaller. At least that was the official story, and that story provided a solid reason to change phone provider and get a newer maxi-sized version of said phone. We could end with me blaming Boston and its cunning criminals who walk around CS departments carrying outdated switcher phones. Theres sympathy to milk out of being an unwitting victim of criminal masterminds. But I am an idiot. (Please let no one find out.) An idiot who tries to look respectable. I have a set of professorial clothes in my loaner office. After the phone swapping incident, I left without changing clothes. About a week later I noticed a pile of street clothes amongst my boxes of books. And, as luck would have it, a phone, my phone, in one of the pockets. So, sorry Boston. You are not a city filled with cunning criminals walking around CS departments carrying outdated switcher phones. Mysteries remains: whose phone did I find? why was it not reclaimed?
