Things I hate about house hunting in San Francisco: 1) Everyone has cats - who the hell likes cats? 2) Beautiful Artistic Design really means, shitty awkward layout in the Mission 3) Furnished = Left over shit that doesnt match! 4) No overnight guests! Really?? Jealous much?? 5) Women keep a cleaner house typically (unless of course you are a couple that lives in the Castro). 6) Finding a flatmate that you are compatible with, is about like marrying a random stranger you meet on the street - chances are in a matter of weeks you are going to hate their routine and dread the sound of the door opening when they get home. #grateful Come on Craigslist - time to find my new condo!
