Things I have already learned today... 1) lack of sleep affects my 5AM workout 2) my muscle memory is coming back and its awesome to already see/feel results 3) I should pay better attention to where Im walking in the locker room or I could slip and slide across the shower room... Its possible... 4) I really need to stop running my gas tank to E and coasting into gas stations... Its a tad nerve wracking 5) It seems the deeper my spiritual relationship becomes the more challenges I face (its been a rough few weeks) and Ive decided to embrace that in faith and feel an overwhelming sense of peace today. Its going to be a great day yall!
