Things I learned since 6:00 pm: Geese are horrible and all deserve to die, I have three songs out of 1200 on my phone which are suitable to run to, I do NOT want to make eye contact or nod at you, other runner, I want to stare at the ground 8 feet in front of me. And, most importantly, I should never run with a weapon during the first 1/2 mile because I am in such agony that I would do something horrible to anyone I encounter.
