Things are heating up for the AKA Christmas Charity Classic at heated Swepco Lake as Jeff Malott and crew are attracting another great turnout of kayak anglers in NW Arkansas. As of this evening, nearly 40 anglers from Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma have committed to fishing the event. The AKA Christmas Charity Classic is a BIG BASS event to benefit the Northwest Arkansas Childrens Shelter. The entry fee is $20 with ALL PROCEEDS going to the shelter. We encourage everyone to come out, fish, have a great time, and help raise money for the childrens shelter. HOOK 1 has donated several awesome prizes for the event. And regardless who reels in the BIG BASS and walks away with the spoils, everyone walks away a winner from this event knowing that all of the proceeds go for such a great cause this Christmas.
