Things have been a little rough lately as they do for everyone at times.I have been looking for answers and struggling to make sense of certain things in my life and asking why or why not to other things.I was in town tonight to go see my GRAM in the hospital.After I left there I made another stop and while I was out already I decided to go to midnight mass.I decided to go to ST.PETERS CATHEDRAL and I have never been there before.I have not been inside a Catholic Church since I was a young kid for that fact.When I was walking up to the church I was thinking about everything going on and having a lot of different feelings and emotions.some good some bad,some happy some not so happy.I have never been there before like I said.When I walked in it was beautiful inside with the high arches and stained glass windows and very elaborate altar.As I sat down and listened to the choir sing in the balcony above I felt some inner peace and those bad feelings started to slip away a little bit.I started to think about gratitude and what Im grateful for.I have a lot to be grateful for today and I am thankful for what and who are in my life.I guess what I am getting at is this,take the time to cherish and love the people in your life.Make time for those people,be a little kinder and a little softer.Be more compassionate and understanding of one another.love them like there will be no tomorrow because there might not be.life is full of uncertainty and no gaurentees.To the one that took the time to listen to me,talk to me and try and understand where Im coming from,I thank you from the bottom of my heart.I love you more than you could ever imagine.To my family as well as my extended family an friends here and afar I love all of you and wish you a merry and joyous Christmas and a happy new year to come.
