Things like this make me wonder how Atheists respond to such situations. If they climbed up to the top, and felt an overwhelming sense of awe and a desire to thank Someone for the experience, Who would they thank? What would they do with the sensations and emotions, or would they even have such reactions? (I am told I am biased against Atheism in favor of Theism; well of course I am. Tolerance of is not acceptance of. But I still respect Atheists, and want to understand the world via their perspective, because some of their perspective is certainly rational and valid.)
