Things of quality do not need to qualify in this time. Ok let me break it down, if a man is a good carpenter self taught and he turns out quality work, would he need to qualify to hang a door or make a shelf unit in your home? If a woman puts 4 children through school and two of them through uni would she need to qualify to mind her grandchild or yours for a weekend? This community has many skilled people within it who are without work why ? Because they have to re qualify for a posts they know they are more than able to furnish with their skills. I say time to change the equation. Hoppa Hendrickson took 12 man and built 12 homes still standing to this day and I know they where not qualified when they started their quest. So why cant we follow example and take 24 people and build some other useful buildings we know we need? Qualify for what ? Ambition is my qualification, thank you for reading.
