Truth is, UNALTERED MALES ROAM, sometimes miles and miles to mate, which produces unwanted pregnancies. 3.) LOST dogs, again, unaltered, tied up outside, slipped out of their collars. Yep, they smell a female, now in roughly 55 day, there will be free puppies people will be trying to get rid of. It is a lose lose situation.
