Things that have changed for me in the past few weeks: *A TON more energy- but not the jittery caffeine feeling you can get from some diets and supplements *A LOT more control over my food choices *Significantly LESS interest in sweets and carbs *Less Hunger *Loss of Inches- 3 more this week! *Loss of Pounds- down 6 more! *Naps-- Not taking them- AMAZING for me! *Fruits- I actually pick them up versus going to the pantry for a snack! *Exercise- still not doing much- but feeling more active overall and considering it now :) *Dunkin Donuts- I was actually able to go get Charlie something and NOT even have a bite myself! I wasnt even tempted!! BIG NEWS for me! *Water- Drinking a ton of it- it gets easier every day! I now carry water versus my tea with me. Im so glad that Tim Fraley is along with journey with me and that we have gotten both of our mothers on board. Sandy Russell Carol Ochs I cannot wait to see what the next few weeks bring.
