Things that make ya go hmmmmmm...sitting in the Chicago airport, eating breakfast and killing time, when this woman sits at the table behind me, she makes a phone call and for some reason has her phone on speaker mode, I couldnt help but hear the loud conversation she was having with her credit card company, insisting that she had made the payment... I felt bad for her until I hear the customer service person try to explain to her that she couldnt make a credit card payment usintg the same credit card she was making the payment on...she continued to argue and kept saying that she didnt understand why, it actually escalated into a screaming match, she just wasnt getting it...the CS person finally told her she would email her an explanation... It reminded me if a coworker onetime who got a letter from her bank stating that due to her continuous negative balance that they would have to close her account, but to stop the accrual of more fees, she would have to pay her outstanding balance...I stood there in awe as I witnessed her writting a check to the bank for the amount owed, using the checks from the account that was overdrawn... With that, I shall leave you and go find my plane...enjoy your day...
